sloppy finish work, was messy, was left with grout and caulk in tile. underwhelmed, would not recommend it.

Responsive at first and did a great job explaining what would be done. They did a complete grout repair of my shower and resealed my shower. Definitely an improvement over the existing grout, but the work was sloppy with several missed areas upon further inspection. Within 3 months, the sealant they used on top of the grout is already peeling off. They claim their sealant can be cleaned with a soft sponge and liquid detergent/water solution but we immediately noticed pink mold growing on it every few weeks and requires more than just liquid detergent and light sponge to clean. Overall we were initially happy with the results but have been quickly disappointed since. Tried to contact them about the peeling sealant but did not receive a response. I would not recommend their service at this price point.

He was fast and available when I needed him to come but a little hard to contact after the initial conversation.

He did a good job regrouping my shower. I have tried to contact him by phone with a simple question but he has not returned my calls.

I was a little suprse at the price increase from the on Home Adviser gave me. But the work and results were worth it.

I previously did not give Ed a favorable review. Since that time he did come back to my home and corrected the problems. I gave Customer Service a 4.5 because I had tried to contact a Customer Service Representative by e-mail and telephone and he never answered my calls or e-mail. When I started working with another Customer Service Representative recently, she was excellent and helped getting my problem resolved.
