Danger! This contractor abandoned our new home project, he was our general contractor, he did not pay his sub contractors with the money we gave him, we had to double pay to finish the house it was a nightmare

Nice company to work with. Had my project done in less time than estimated.

Added repairs without permission, then charged a lot to do them. Example, replace a linen closet bi-fold door for $195. Door was about $45 and $150 for install because it was "very difficult to do" which is just not true. Said the old door just fell apart one day for no reason which is also hard to believe. Said he had to paint a wall, overcharged (cost about $350 I think for a gallon of paint and slapping it on) and didn't even try to match the color on the adjoining walls!! Feel like the contractor took advantage of me because I could not be present to review his claims. I live in Florida so obviously I'm only available by phone, but even then, the contractor didn't call and I found out the additional unauthorized repairs when I got the bill.

Best customer service and reasonable cost. I was very pleased with the results and will be calling them again for repair needs. I will be recommending Mr. Grove to all my friends.

They did a nice job on my roof. I wasn't able to be home when the work was done, but a neighbor told me that he was very impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism. On the downside, they left quite a bit of trash in the neighbor's yard.

Fixed and painted tunnel where new skylight was installed. Well done and I am extremely pleased. Will use again without question.

It was a little difficult to get the appointment scheduled, but once it was he did a great job at a reasonable price that was 1/3 of what the other contractor estimated.

I think it is a little expensive but the workmanship is very good. I am happy it was done so fast. Very professional and friendly as well. Explain things clearly and what was done looks beautiful. Now I hope it last a long time.

They were great. I am retired so I watch my money carefully and they were willing to work with me. I did use my credit card, not sure how happy they were with that but I have to be careful.........otherwise great! Would use them again. The guys who came even watched out not to let my cat out!

Grove Contracting was very quick to get our repairs completed. They were able to do repairs on several small things we needed done to help prepare our home to sell. They repaired drywall, pressure washed the outside of our home, and chalked our kitchen and bathrooms. We are very happy with the work. Thank you Grove Contracting.

Good price, pleasant attitude, clear information and good workmanship.

Efficient work, very personable, professional, and offered thorough explanation about the problem. It turned out I did not need roofing repair. Instead it was the rubber piece surrounding an exhaust pipe from my furnace that had worn out. I will hire them for future repairs that we discussed in other areas of the house.

Had a large amount of rubbish that needed to be removed from my basement and hauled off. It was a thankless job, but Grove's crew took care of it promptly, and the crew was polite, and took the time to discuss other possible projects I might be interested in having done.
