Very unprofessional steer clear of this company. Very unprofessional Never does what he says.

"This person never contacted us through Home Advisor or Angi's leads and you can verify that. We did not install or replace an Asphalt shingle roof for Eddie F. This person is posting malicious comments about our company, but this complaint is very odd. It says that we never do what we say we will do. If that is true, how have we remained in business for 23 years?"

I chose Richard Grove because he had by far the most experience of the roofers I met with and he also had the best references. His experience as a licensed insurance adjuster helped with the claims process. He knew how to remove two dormers, roof our house and add a cricket to the chimney. His men did a fantastic job! Would not hesitate to hire them again.

I would like to thank Service Magic for the competent and professional people that you refered to me. The one I choose, Richard Grove, was an excellent choice for our church. (118,00 sg ft or 180 square of roof) while the job was being done a high school uses our facilities and while they had to deal with extra noise there were no complaints. Every day the roofers cleaned the grounds around the roof and while it was not quite finished by Saturday when a wedding was to take place the dumpsters were picked up and the area cleaned up so no one at the wedding was upset. The roofer also noticed damage on the new part of the building that was not part of the contract and took time and expense to repair those at no extra cost to the church.The entire process was not one I looked forward to but from the time I contacted Service Magic until I recieved the before,during, and after pictures from Rich, It was an entirely pleasurable experience.
