Austin took my call (unlike a bunch of other contractors I contacted) and because he was in the area he showed up to do the estimate on the same day I called. His estimate was very reasonable for the work that was requested (and he threw in some extra work at no charge). And he performed the work within a week of our estimate. He was very meticulous in his work and the final job was very satisfactory. I would highly recommend Grove's for power washing and he seemed very knowledgeable in trees (he is an aborist).
