The service was for an inspection which revealed issues I and the seller were not aware of. The report was very detailed and all questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Randy was honest and easy to work with. I had previously had work and quotes done from 3 others and none of them even came close to the great service that he gave. He's a true asset to his company.

I spoke with Phil, Jason and Randy. They were all great, and made sure I was well taken care of. Randy came at the end of his busy day in order to give me same day service. Even at that he did not rush through the job, and was very thorough. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and is very knowledgable. At the end I was expecting a bill higher than the original quote and was pleasantly surprised when he stuck to the original quote. It has been two weeks since Randy has been out here, and he has already contacted me to set up an appointment to return at no charge. I highly recommend using Gruene Pest Management, and will continue using their service quarterly.
