Jesse is very professional and personable as is his helper. He fit us in and did the work just as the first snow was starting. Other contractors didn't reply because the job was too small for them to bother with but he came right out. He takes credit cards which was a must for us. He did a good job on our stairs and on the clean up. He took the old stuff away and even secured a board that wasn't a part of the project.
