We specialize in handyman work, anything inside or outside, painting or staining, drywalling, flooring, doors and cabinets install, lawn care work(grass, bushes, flower beds), and a big variety of related service and repair projects. Handyman Service
Mr. Grundy told us several times he would be there to work at a certain time and he either did not show or showed up hours later. The job took him longer to complete because of his inconsistent hours. I think the quality of work was below what I had hoped. He also asked us to pay him some more money before the job was completed because he needed to pay some bills. My initial reaction to him was good however by the end of the work I was disappointed. I also believe he takes on jobs that he is not very capable of doing. I would not recommend him for a big job.

His wife did a great job in the bathroom and on upstairs carpets. The dusting was not bad upstairs, I just had to put everything back where it belonged. The bad experience I had was we agreed on a price and after he completed the upstairs, he came down and told me he was stopping at the living room and not doing the kitchen or dining room because he was losing money. I was so taken aback at first I did not say anything. But after it clicked with me, I felt I was taken for. Yes he did a good job upstairs. He quoted me a price and I told him it was more than I budgeted so he dropped the price. Had I known that only partial house was going to be cleaned for that price he dropped to, I would have just gone elsewhere.

"Thanks for your feedback. We asked that you have the dogs out in the fenced-in area of the backyard when we came to clean bc there were so many dogs(20+) and you agreed but had them in the kitchen and hallway area when we came. We could not clean that area bc it was full of Pitbulls and German Shepherds, therefore taking the lesser amount of money agreed upon. We never said anything about "losing money" though smh."

Exterior Home or Structure Painting or Staining Service
I do not recommend. They turned a 5 gallon bucket of paint over from the very start of painting our fence. Then stepped in it tracking the paint onto our driveway that was just sealed 2 months prior. The company owner also got paint on our driveway next to the house. He was supposed to come back today and apply sealer back over the spots on the driveway, but never showed up after telling us he would be there this afternoon. Painting was subpar and he did not get the old paint off the fence before repainting. Think twice before hiring this guy.

"We discussed that when I came to look at the job priced it 2 ways, Stripping and painting, and one just painting. You only paid to have it painted. There were two little spots when we were there that I offered to spray with my pressure washer as soon as it happened but you all told me not to and then at the end when the fence was painted and you were happy with it, your husband started cussing me and threatened not to pay me over the drive. We didn't spill the 5 gal paint in grass either your dog knocked it and paint sprayer over while painting... I will pay another company to seal the spots if you lmk a date convenient for you."

Mr Grundy was professional, polite and gave us exactly what we ask for, he painted 4 rooms for us, and installed trim. He also layed carpet in 4 bedrooms for us. He also done some outside work for us moving some things around that we weren't able to do ourselves. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing these services. Oh and he also changed a bathroom sink out for us! It looks fabulous! Thanks Jeremy! We look forward to hiring you again soon. Our down stairs is definitely next!

The rep is afraid of Pitt. Bulls, even though he was assured they were very gentle girls. To many phone breaks while working. Is not real punctuality as I try to be. Crl. HCl ranch.

contacted Jeremy about putting in a new screen door and replacing a few window screens and he was quick to get it done and done it for a fair price. Highly recommend him! Best part is he showed up ready to work..I had contacted others who didnâ t show!
