He quoted a price of $280 To apply mastic to a vent pipe and paint a leak stain in my bedroom. He also said he would use the mastic on some tiles he saw with cracks. I told him I had paint and rollers/brushes for the job in the bedroom. When he finished he said I owed $312 because of taxes. He did not have to buy paint or roller, did not fix cracked tiles, and took the unused mastic with him. I'm a 93-year-old Veteran. C D Sheppard

Hello claude, This Comes to me as a surprise because What your stating is Incorrect, You wanted me to Come back another day & change out the broken Shingles so we agreed to leave the broke shingles alone. You asked me to use your roller & paint Actually insisted. Also, i quoted 295 To repair another Handymans Mistake & Paint a 10x10 2 Story Ceiling. Also because you payed With Credit there Was taxes involved as mentioned. There was no materials Left, i always take my trash with me.

He installed two faucets improperly, so one is coming partway out of the wall, the other is leaking, and neither has much water pressure. He has not responded to my messages regarding this.
