Had sprinkler system repaired. Heads were not moved to where I originally asked, and control panel is crooked and barely mounted to the house. Disappointed in the quality of work. I also was interested in having other work completed and never got a call back about it.

He is very good on what he does, pays attention to detail, gets the job done. A lot of value for the services provided.

owner is absent most of the time and no one speaks English the work was great in the beginning but , I paid outrages water bills because no one would maintain the timers for the water systems , and they had to be told to weed the flower beds of which was part of the maintenance , they didn't show up for two of the weeks and when his pay was only for two weeks he thought I was lying when proven otherwise he called and said I was right but to find another lawn maintenance service, nice apology for not being on top of your business.

GTO did fantastic job in initial yard cleaning & tree trimming. Value & good communication so far. I want to wait minimum 3 months to evaluate fully because maintaining excellent service Month after month is the quality I’m looking for.
