This is the worst company I have ever conducted business with. I am a retired veteran and the owner(Jim) is the most dishonest person I've ever experienced. He did a job for me and over charged me. He offered and sold equipment, repairs I did not need. And when I had problems with the furnace I called and called he would never come back to fix any of my issues, never. I paid over $10k for a job that was terrible. Don't ever do business with this company or man. He is not fair, honest nor your time isn't worth it. If you ever conduct business with this company you will guaranteed regret it. He treats his employees like crap. I am still having issues with the work he has done for me. You all have been warned.

They installed the system wrong according to the Navien install manual. I have tried many times to get Jim to call me back. No luck. Had the repair people to my house several times to try to get the boiler to start without me having to get out of bed and go down two floors of stairs to reset the boiler. I finally had to fix the vent pipe myself to get the boiler to work properly. My old boiler kept my house warm for 20 years no problem. On one of the many service calls the service tech called Jim and told him of my lack of heat problem. He told the tech to tell me it was cold outside and that could not be helped. I said tell him he needs to call me about correcting the problem. I still have not heard from Jim to this day. As part of my purchase I received a free AC inspection this spring. The tech said I would need over $4000.00 to repair the system. I said no way. I would install a new one first. They sent a different salesman out to quote me a new outside unit also around $4000.00. The inside air handler was brand new just replaced. I had another company look at my AC system and they told me there was nothing wrong with the system. If I wanted a new outside unit they could sell me one for around $2500.00.The system worked fine all summer long no problems. I am now looking for another company to come fix my heating system the way it is supposed to be installed.

If you want a thorough evaluation of your homes energy efficiency, these are the people to call. When compared to other quotes, they were in the middle of the pack. However, they do additional work that other contractors do not offer or do for the same price. They are an excellent money value for the work performed. Customer service and follow up are excellent. Quality of work is a 6 star if there was such a rating. Would I use them again? You bet I would and I highly recommend this company.

Company is pressure free. Lets you know what options are available and explains how services will benefit you. Very knowledgable service associates. Customer Service orientated. Very pleased customer!

Guaranteed Comfort Energy are professional, and reliable. The owner is very knowledgeable and really helps you get a better understanding of things that may be costing you BIG on your electric bill. They analyzed my electric usage before coming in for the home inspection, and afterwards explained down to the cent how much power I was losing due to inefficient power usage.

They were able to meet with me when it was best for my family which was late evening.

Jim was an absolute professional and my wife and I were very impressed with the quality of service. July is not a good time to be without AC and Jim/Guaranteed Comfort were able to come and fix our air the very same day I called. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Although I waited until the end of the year to take advantage of the tax credit for a new furnace, Jim and his men were able to get the job done in time. They were polite, friendly, helpful, and they cleaned up all of the mess! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and co-workers.

Jim's presentation on the equiptment & process was very thorough & accurate. He wasn't pushy, just knowledgeable & someone you would want to do business with. The install was exactly as he had indicated, with everything cleaned up & buttoned down when they were through. The other employees involved in the install we also very professional, overall, a good experience.

Wonderful guy, had great product knowledge and experience. Very quick to to set up and appointment with us and install our air filter. Was very neat and cleaned up after installation. Explained how to maintain our air filter and feel comfortable if we would ever have any questions he would not hesitate to help. Will call them again for any furture heating/cooling needs.
