They came out and set some traps and thetwas the last we heard from them 2-3 weeks have gone by they never called or NOTHING????

Very GOOD!!! He was very professional and able to answer all of my questions regaurding the safety and efecacy of the product. He also asked if I wanted MSDS sheets so I can read up futher on the products he uses. Unfortunitely I am still having a few bugs, but his work is waranteed so I feel confident that I can call him back to fix the problem. Matt called within minutes of submiting my request. I had found dead bees all over the basement floor as was terrified. It was late in the day but he came to our house within hours. He found the source and treated the site on the spot. We no loger have Bees living in the house. I put his card on the fridge, and he will ALWAYS be my first call for pest control. A+ in my book.

He showed up on time, used shoe covers in house, inspected the entire house to find nothing inside. However, he identified the terrible odor coming from under our deck. We planned on removing our deck this summer to pour concrete patio & he offered to help pull up boards to see what was underneath. Great explaination of the options available to us as well as a reasonable cost and did not push unnecessary services. Very accomodating to our immediate needs. We never had to contact pest control before this and would recommend Matt to anyone. We will be contacting him again for exterior maintainance care mouse stations and spider control.
