Guaranteed Gutters

Stay away from Guaranteed Gutters. I hired them to clean the gutters and three downspouts around my house. Cameras covering the yard and property show the crew was here for roughly 14 minutes total, including unloading and reloading their truck. Despite that, they claimed they completed the entire job, including cleaning all three downspouts and going through our neighbor?s yard to access and clean that side of the house. They never used a hose to flush or check the downspouts. When I questioned this, they stalled and gave me the runaround for weeks before finally returning. They did work on the downspouts, but still never went through the neighbor?s yard, despite originally claiming they had. No photos, no convincing explanation, and weeks of excuses. I would not trust this company to do the work they claim to have done.

Was very pleasant and very honest to work with also very thorough and very clean

We called Guaranteed Gutters for help and they got it done the next day! Our basement kept getting water, and they had the solution. Our downspouts were rerouted to the front. They were excellent on the job, professional, great quality work, and the communication was on point. Guaranteed Gutters is our go to!

Tim and The Team were everything we wanted and more! Not only did they get the job done, they communicated well, especially on matters other gutter companies were trying to overcharge us on! Weâ re going with them every time!
