This was my first big project due to a busted pipe and flooded kitchen and have never had to deal with this as a homeowner. The owner Chris helped explain everything and also had me come with him to each place and helped me find best prices and quality and was always available and quick to reply when I had any questions in regards to the project. His crew member who helped with kitchen was very professional and knowledgeable and skilled. The kitchen turned out better than we could have hoped for and This company made this a very pleasant experience with little stress and would recommend them to anyone needing something done right and expects good customer service and fair pricing.

We checked out several contractors for our kitchen remodel, but GHI was the only one who respected our budget and worked in some nice extra touches we did not think we could afford. The incredibly talented crew was courteous, punctual, and always cleaned up every night before leaving. Our kitchen looks fantastic, and we look forward to hiring them again!

I hired the firm based on Home Adviser ratings and on their projected project cost. I did a complete bathroom remodel - from old tub to new tub. The final cost was $300 under the contract. Now the negatives. I stated I needed the work done in one week - or 5 working days. Instead it ran into 3 weeks - 10 working days - and it was not finished correctly. I had a new water heater installed - factory defective it seems - however, the plumbers NEVER even turned it on to see if it worked after the hook up. And the vanity sink leaked the second I turned it on. Plumbers came back out and fixed it â but it still leaked. I gave up after that and hired a plumber who came out and replaced the leaky plastic pipe with metal pipes. I now have a working bathroom sink. I love the tub and walls and grab bars but the sink leak and the failure to make sure I have hot water means I will not hire them again.

"We cannot add on replacing all drywall and add on some other plumbing items and expect to finish in 5 days. 10 working days is 2 weeks. We were there within 24 hours to take care of the leak. We would have been there in another 24 hours if there were any more issues. Plastic drains are used all the time with little or no problem. However, if it continued leaking we would have taken care of it."

The owner, Chris, makes sure everything is completed to satisfaction. My complete bathroom renovation (gutted to studs and concrete slab) took only 9 business days and is top notch elegance. I'm having them begin my kitchen renovation now!

Installer was a consistent worker, but had to call him back for a gap in the area between the door and the jamb and to insert screw concealers around the window. I have asked for an itemized bill and have not receive.d it.

"There was a little adjustment needed for the door to seal right. This was fixed within 24 hours. I am not sure how much better customer service than you can get than that. The homeowner picked out a 200 front door to install, I guess the value for the money is going to be low . I am sorry she feels this way but her ratings are way off. Don't pick a cheap door and then expect it to perform like a better door. If I would of personally seen what she picked I would of rather not done the job. The customer service should be 5 stars."

Our bathroom looks fantastic. Kurt performed the work and did an excellent job. He was very accommodating in helping me achieve the very contemporary bathroom I wanted. I had water damage behind my shower wall and my insurance company was covering repairs; I also wanted to give my 1960s bathroom a makeover. I had 8+ contractors come out and look at my bathroom. Chris was by far the easiest to talk to and worked with me and my insurance company to get me what I was deserved! My bathroom was was a complete remodel (floor boards, walls, tub/shower, sink/vanity, and toilet) and I was able to get what I wanted. The contractors that came out were very nice and friendly and I will definitely be calling them back if I ever need anything else. I absolutely love my bathroom and I'm pleased to have had such an easy experience with this project.

I had doubts from the beginning as the receptionist gave the estimator my number wrong. When he did call, we made appt for Sat and he came Thurs, said he'd text with the schedule, waited 3 days- he texted me at 7PM to let me know they'd be here in the morn. But....in the end, they did a fantastic job and were very easy to work with. I would use them again

Chris really tries to make remodeling easy and affordable. His guys know what they are doing and assume nothing. We felt confident that they would take care of the things we didn't need to be concerned with, and that they would approach us in advance with anything we did. They problem-solved brilliantly in our troubled old house. We loved working with them so much that we hired them to do or kitchen as well. I would highly recommend them for any job.

they were very nice to work with. I thought I wanted my decking under my deck one way he suggested another way. And it looks so much better than I could have imagined. He actually saved me money by suggesting he would try to repair my ceilng under my front porch instead of saying he had to tear if all off and put in a new ceiling. I definately will be calling him again.
