Very friendly but did not troubleshoot to find root cause of problem. Insisted on replacing increasingly expensive parts when actual problem was not on the unit itself and was ultimately solved without any new parts at all.

Joshua W. was the service tech assigned to me. He was punctual, very friendly, technically sound and patient while troubleshooting my problem. Ultimately, he was able to explain my issue, get my A/C unit running again and Informed me (without the saleman vibe) that a new unit would have to be purchased in the near future since mine was 13yrs old. He explained the cost to install a new unit and gave me a fair quote. I was very satisfied with Joshua's customer service.

I talked to a customer and he wanted to repair an A/C and you guys tried to sell him a new one and he was upset about that.

The installer was a professional, low on communication but that is ok as long as they get the work done. However, I rate this lower because I felt like I was duped by the sales person... He said that there were only 2 furnaces that he can install based on a state law. It was very expensive, roughly 400x more expensive than the same model online. He lowered the price and sold me the cheaper one. But I should have walked and called other locations, because now I feel as if I was taken advantage of and not happy about... Lesson learned!

A tech was sent and charged me $950 to fix my heater. The heater stopped working the next day, and they sent another tech who could not solve the problem. They gave up and said we could not fix it and did credit me $500 back, but the heater still didn't work. hired a new company that diagnosed and fixed it that day for $300. I told this to quality, and they said, Oh well, it happens. They still have $350 of my money after doing nothing. do not recommend at all.
