The job was further complicated by the shotty job during the time of installation, they made sure I understood the circumstances and what they were going to have to do to fix it, everything clearly communicated and done in a timely fashion. They did an absolute wonderful job. Arrived on time and we're done shortly after lunch. Communication was always open and the owner was more than willing to help us understand everything. We are first time homeowners in need of our first roof replacement. Everything went smoothly and I will definitely recommend and use again (not for several more years) I will call them back for any other repairs needed around the house as they did tell us they do interior and exterior. If you are in need of a honest, professional roof contractor, you need to hire Guaranteed Roofing Repairs!
I’m a single female, so anytime I have any type of home project, I expect the contractor to try to rip me off, overcharge me or recommend extra, unnecessary work.
I had a tile roof shingle that looked a bit crocked or broken. I asked Guaranteed Roofing Repairs to come give me an estimate.
They showed up the same day, and Mike and Chris were very kind and professional. After inspecting my roof shingles they told me I did not need to do any repairs as it had already been sealed.
They did recommend that I patch up a few cracked tiles, but that it did not need to be done ASAP and that they would give me an estimate for that work.
I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I will definitely hire them for any future roof projects!

First impression went really well. Mike was very knowledgeable. I had no qualms regarding their work and effort. However, after the installation, the flat roof began to leak. They came out several times in an attempt to seal it, which initially appeared to work. After a few rains, the leaks came back. I was assured that we were under warranty, so I felt good that eventually it would be fixed. However, at some point, they gave up and have since ghosted me. They placed the blame for the leaks on my solar panels. I had another roofing company come out and do a free inspection and they ruled that out. Tried to reach out a few times, but no response. Quite frustrating because I could see the effort and work they were doing. But the leaks keep happening.

"Hi Alberto, first off we did not ghost you if we came out a dozen times. We tried everything and leak is definitely coming from your solar panels. And yes, the only culprit would be your solar panels. You will find that out after the new roofing company cannot solve your issue either. The only way to fix that is to detach and reset the solar panels which we brought to your attention that can only be done by a solar company."

Mike was amazing. I had more than 3 holes in my roof. He came out same day and repaired all of the issues. He even replaced some missing shingles. Mike never tried to over sell anything. He was just very honest and got it done before it rained again. I highly recommend this company.
