Finally, Kyle and his team worked very had to get our furnace installed. great people. Friendly and responsive. would definitely recommend.

Very nice people. Unfortunately not knowledgeable enough. Install was very long. Young boys with not enough experience. It was evident. Did receive heat and a new fuenace BUT not installed properly. Would not turn off. Was not hooked up to thermostat. Mistakes happen but a company should prioritize mistakes. Was told they would be here the next day at 8 am. It?s noon and no one yet. On top of that they don?t seem to k ow what I?m talking about. Be safe. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

Guaranteed Service my a**!! HAD AN EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS!! STAY AWAY!!! I scheduled an appointment to have an electrician come today to install a light fixture that I had already bought. The appointment was confirmed yesterday and the electrician was set to come today anytime between 11-3 pm. This morning I received a text that my appointment needed to be rescheduled to another day over the next few weeks due to a "bunch" of emergency appointments that just happened to come in today! I am 8 months pregnant and have absolutely no light in my kitchen and really needed that light fixture installed. After begging them to keep the appointment today between 11-3 pm, they agreed to move things around to accommodate me and keep my appointment. Needless to say, 3:30 pm came and went and my electrician, Jason, never came. I called the office and spoke with Sebastian who said that the electrician, Jason, would come to my place next after he finished his last job - so it was estimated he would be at my house around 4:30 pm today. I received a call around 4:51 pm today and spoke with Courtney who said that the electrician would not be coming over today as he got an emergency appointment for a house that did not have any heating. I asked about all the other emergency appointments that they received today since the text I received this morning stated that all the appointments were an "emergency" and was told that all the houses did not have heating and that's why my appointment needed to be rescheduled to a few weeks from now! I called BS about every single appointment today being a house that did not have heating, as I was told by Courtney over the phone. I honestly just think the electrician did not want to travel the 40 minutes from his current location to my house. When asked to reschedule, I asked if the company could schedule me tomorrow as I am having difficulty walking around my kitchen with an 8 month pregnant belly and they told me that the earliest they could fit me in was Monday afternoon! Such BS!! If I could leave a negative (-5 star) review I would! Please stay away from this lying company and find another place that is more reliable, competent, and reputable.

Bruno the installer isnt even a licensed HVAC tech- they had to come back 4 times to correct his mistakes and it failed inspection. When I asked for money back due to all the time I took off from work for them to correct the installation they told me that is where the warranty kicks in. During the installation another guy just walked in my house without knocking or ringing my doorbell. After the first installation I used Genaro for electrical work after the fact I realized he charged me for something he did not do. These people are incompetent crooks - DO NOT USE THEM

I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! It took 8 attempts to get a brand new furnace working properly. They were often late, early and a no call/no show. Management cut me off when trying to address the problems. HVAC guy came and assessed the issues... gave us the plan. Then the company sent the original installer back for the fix and they didn't do what was recommended by the hvac guy. And the final straw was the repair guy left the backyard gate open when he left. Our dog escaped....GRRRRR.

Guaranteed Service is the best company that we've ever encountered. They give you amazing service. Kyle Weltman specifically, is the best that you'll find in the plumbing business. With his combination of being highly skilled, patient, friendly and so pleasant, you'll feel like he's family! We are very picky, but we call them for everything. They do business the way it's supposed to be done. They are the best! Call them, you won't regret it!

Came on time, managed to find the problem, and got the units to work.

Team was on time and performed a nice job installing the AC unit and coils.

This project was top notch. Very knowledgeable . Very reasonable priced. I would recommend without hesitation. Excellent job.
