Guaranteed Surface Cleaning

John and Pete recently did a soft wash treatment of our roof and gutters for staining. They also did some handyman work with small repair. We were very happy with the outcome of the work. We also appreciated how prompt, considerate, thorough, and tidy they were. They gave us good insight into future projects and we plan on hiring them again for future projects.

They removed ancient carpeting and refinished the underlying oak floors. Very nice job, great color match to what I wanted, and done very efficiently.

easy to work with, reliable and fair. Did have one minor issue; over spray from the roof solution dripped onto my cedar pergola and wood Adirondack chairs. Unfortunately, it left streaks on the wood surfaces that will not come off. I suggest moving / covering any wood furniture or hardscape.

John and Peter are terrific. They are professional, thorough, likeable, and detail-oriented owner-operators. They both take tremendous pride in their work and go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is superior. They are punctual and disciplined. We hired Guaranteed Surface Cleaning to clean 10 rugs in our home, rugs that hadn't been cleaned in over 8 years, including our childrens' playroom. They did an amazing job. I will definitely hire them again. PS: in reading some of the other reviews, customers need to be realistic about their expectations. John and Peter are thorough and professional carpet cleaners -- not magicians. Certain kinds of stains will never come out and it's simply time to buy a new rug. I can't recommend Guaranteed Surface Cleaning enough! Five Stars!
