All of a sudden my furnace started blowing cold air. I called Shannon at Iguard, who is absolutely wonderful, and within a a couple hours I had Joe at my house walking me through what was going on, in ways that I, the layman, could understand. He fixed my issue and now Iâ m warm and comfortable in my home. Everyone Iâ ve dealt with at IGuard has been incredibly professional, polite, and a fantastic presence when doing work in my home. I am immensely grateful for everyone at IGuard. I cannot recommend them enough.

On two separate occasions I had Joe and Brian come to my house and they were excellent. They explained what the issue was and explained what they were going to do fix it. They explained so I, the layman, could understand. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt comfort in knowing they were doing right by me and fixing my issue. They have my business for life.

I have rarely experienced service like I have received from Joe. He emphasizes customer service and fair dealing, and the quality of his work is second-to-none. We were pleased with the installation, attention to detail and equipment quality, and his follow-up support has been excellent -- so good that I referred my mother to him when her furnace needed replacement. She started having issues just months after my dad passed away, and Joe treated her with all of the respect and kindness that I would have shown her myself. I highly recommend Joe and anyone he selects to work on his team. He has my utmost confidence and respect.

I had both my a/c and furnace replaced by I Guard. I highly recommend them. My old a/c and furnace were from the dinosaur era and was difficult because they had to re-wire everything. They stuck with it and wouldn't leave until the job was done perfectly !!! Who does that anymore? I would use them again in a heart beat.

This is my second year dealing with Joe M. and I have never dealt with another professional who can match Joe's integrity. He installed my new furnace and air conditioner last year with the utmost care and attention to detail going beyond what was required for the install. Recently he took care of a A/C issue caused by a new house siding issue and my already high regard of Joe was increased. The name he chose for his company is literal. He guards!

I have never dealt with a contractor more professional than Joe. One thing you never have to worry about is being over charged. His sincerity is genuine and his work is first class.

I canâ t say enough about the high level of service from Brian Kowalski. His desire to serve the customer, and his skills, knowledge and ability are impressive. He responded to my need for a new AC install the first day after our initial contact, working on a Saturday and Sunday to complete the job. Brian drove miles away to secure the equipment during a time of shortage. The large company I have a service contract with couldnâ t even be here to give a quote until 2 days after Brian completed the work. I can't end my review without commenting on the companyâ s high standards for quality and honesty toward its customers which was evident throughout our encounter!

Brian came to replace our AC unit and other components. He was prompt, very thorough, and extremely professional. We appreciate him leaving with everything cleaned up, and even wore shoe covers inside. My wife and I have been very satisfied with this company. They are our go to for both our home and business. They keep you updated on their arrival, and are very responsive. Highly recommend IGuard Air!

Joe was fantastic! I Guard Air communicates with you and they are thorough with booking. Joe the technician was polite, thorough with his work and spoke to me honestly and did not try to sell us unnecessary things. He did an excellent job repairing our AC. He also gave great advice on maintaining the great work/maintenance he did for us. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the service Joe provided. Joe replaced my heat and ac for my house . Very professional, explained everything before , during and after the install. He lived up to the recommendations that I received from several friends that also used Joe / IGuard for their furnace and ac needs . Our furnace went out on a Sunday morning. Joe responded quickly was able to get over to our house within an hour all before 7am. While the furnace wasn't fixable he did get a new unit and completed the install next day. Amazing work, great customer service extremely professional and friendly would recommend to anyone who needs heating and cooling work done.
