Great experience with Guardian Exteriors....TJ reached out quickly, set an appointment for next day, and the crew was both on time and very professional. These folks take a "Just the Facts" approach, with no pressure selling. They inspected my roof and confirmed there were only a few things to be addressed(meaning they did not default to replace the entire roof, just because). Their recommendations were of great value, they completed the work quickly, and at a very fair price. I would recommend Guardian Exteriors to friends and family for any roofing needs. Again, Great experience!!

David and his team surpassed expectations in replacing my roof! From the initial visit of listening and understanding my vision of not simply replacing my roof, but upgrading the look of the exterior, to walking me through every part of the work theyâ d do, to assisting me with the claim process, and having a crew that works swiftly and meticulously!!! Their service AND communication is superb! This is a combination that many companies lack. However they executed my vision flawlessly and were a pleasure to work with! The new roof, gutters, downspouts, fasciaâ ¦all their work gave my home that perfect pop of color for the more modern look I wanted. Iâ m beyond pleased!! Iâ d recommend them again and again!! The process was simple, straightforward and fair.

Talk about easy button! From the initial roof inspection all the way through the cleanup it was awesome! I knew I needed a little more work than just the roof done so at the time of inspection we talked about it but there was absolutely no extra pressure to do the add-ons at the same time. I loved the open and honest discussion style approach to the estimate. As a single mom I sometimes feel taken advantage of by contractors but not with these guys. They took the time to help me learn what I needed to and answered all of my questions before I had to even ask really. Install was quick and easy and clean up was great. Then the post cleanup inspection was smooth too! They came and did gutters a couple days later and they look and function perfect! I’ll be remembering the name to make sure I personally refer these guys to anyone!
