The pictures don't do it justice. Guardian did a fantastic job giving my tired old Garage a much-needed facelift. Aaron was great to work with and the team was very communicative and responsive. They arrived on time, finished early, and were a pleasure to work with. Aaron Was also patient with me in my requirements for having some sparkle and glitter mixed into the flooring materials. We recently had our garage floors done and guardian garage floors was amazing. They were so helpful when we were deciding what color to do and really worked around our schedule. Corey Thomas And his helper, the young gentlemen forgot to ask his name who came out to do the floors. They were so kind and did an amazing job. They worked hard and efficiently, they even help moving out some heavy stuff from our garage. I highly recommend this group if you are looking for good quality work. They have transferable life time guarantee on the work that was done.

Guardian Garage Floors did a great job preparing my concrete surfaces and applying the polyaspartic polyurea coating. There were many color options to chose from and within 24 hours of completion, I was able to move all items back into the garages and patios.

I’m an Architect and kind of picky but these guys were so professional and the quality of work was great.

I got my garage floor coated by Guardian because the concrete was dry and powdery. The whole process from quote to scheduling to application to payment was all very easy and efficient. The guys who applied the coating were very professional and experienced. They kept me fully informed and did a really good job. They arrived before 8am and were done by about 1pm. The product dried very fast and was fully cured after 24 hours so I was able to get my cars and clutter back in the garage in no time. The chemical smell was not very strong or long lasting. The floor looks great and will be easy to keep clean. I went for muted colors to match the color scheme of my house and small flakes. The heavy flake gives the floor some texture so it should not be too slippery when wet. I am really happy with my entire experience with Guardian.

Highly recommend. Guardian did the garage and patio floors in my previous home. After a move to a new home, I got quotes from others because I wanted to see if the competition had improved from 4 years ago. While there seems to be a lot moire companies doing this now, nobody performs like Guardian. The salesman, Nate, is always great to work with. Corey and the installation team did an awesome job.
