Bruce was absolutely amazing to work with! He left no corner untouched as he inspected the home I was purchasing. He was friendly and filled me in on things that needed repairs as he found them along with a very detailed report that he got to me about 24 hours later. His prices are very affordable for the amount of time he spent at the property. Couldn't be happier with the work he did!

Inspector gave me a discount because this was new construction and a smaller square footage floorplan. He was abke to inspect on a Saturday morning, whuch was very convenient for us. Only weird parts were the means of scheduling and paying. Both should go through the inspection company's website, but with him it all went through him directly. We paid via Zelle to his account, rather than via credit card to the company. He held our actual pdf inspection report until the Zelle transfer cleared two days late (but did provide us with a verbal summary on-site the day of the inspection). Seemed strange, but the actual inspection work seemed spot on. He answered our questions respectfully and completely. He pointed out the actual findings and explained their implications. He confirmed, without our mentioning it first, that the property was actually some 500 square feet larger than the listing indicated.

Bruce was absolutely amazing. He is more than qualified with his past experience. He is also extremely thorough with his walkthroughs and really assists you through the whole process. He explained everything that was bad but also good with the home. Alongside this he does a wonderful job explaining how things could of happened and attaches pictures to his write ups. If you need a home inspection I would highly recommended going with him. Overall I would give him more than a 5 star review if possible.
