Guardian Inspection Services, Inc.

The service provided was excellent, in a timely manner, and our contractor was very courteous and helpful.

Inspector was curtious and knowledgable. Didn't give up in finding the leach field without any septic plans with 2' snow and frost!

Steve Dalrymple from Guardian Inspection, INC, just completed a home inspection for my wife and I today. He replied to my inquiry from this website the morning after I sent it. He was very flexible with getting my inspection done on a short notice, with limited times available. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects and was able to answer every question my wife, father and myself threw at him. The results were inputed into a nice binder with all issues broken down and noted. I would highly recommend guardian inspection services, and will definately use them again if I have the need. Thanks Steve.

It was good and worked out for me.

Steve was on time and very informative. Not only did he see the issue, but advised on where to start to correct the problem. I would certainly use his service again when needed!
