Let us put our expertise and passion to work for you! ***In general, we do not install customer-purchased equipment.***--- Commercial & Residential Smart Surveillance System - $1500-$4500 (It really depends on how many cameras, what resolution, how many days of recorded footage you need, etc.) --- Home Theater System - $7500-$11000 (This depends on if you want an LED display, 1080p Projector, or 4K Projector. It will depend if you want a standard 7-speaker surround sound setup with one or two subwoofers or an ATMOS setup with 11 speakers and subwoofer choice. Etc.) --- Commercial Phone System - $20-$100/month (Our systems replace your current phone bill. They are based on how many phones you need. You will love it!)

We loved working with Chris at Guardian Media. Our AV system was antiquated and they came in and brought us up to date with the newest technology. They were half the price of their competitors, but we felt like we got a much better system and definitely better customer service. Their customer service is excellent. We couldn't be happier with them. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Their customer service was excellent; their personal was very courteous, respectful, thoughtful and thorough. The were conscience and did a lot of quality assurance the entire time. Great work ethics. I wish everyone that I hire was like them. I thought very highly of their work. They were knowledgeable about their technology. They were very respectful and polite. They were prompt, they show up on time. Very courteous and mannerable.

Did some property damage that they failed to repair. Have had to take them to Small Claims Court to get reimbursement. All talk and no action.

"Hello! It is hard to know the best way to respond to a review like this. First, we have separated our company for over a decade with a genuine care and compassion for our customers and for people in general. This should be obvious from day one of meeting us and each day after. It is true that a young tech slipped while in this customer's attic, and put a hole in the drywall above a garage. This could certainly be upsetting for any customer. We repaired this perfectly the same day and finished and painted it very shortly after. This customer did take us to court using what we believed to be a free lawyer friend. He threw as much dirt at us as possible, hoping something would stick. Originally, he wanted us to pay for some new attic stairs to be installed. Since the customer pointed out to us that it was broken on the first day, and we had nothing to do with it, we kindly offered to help him repair it if he needed help. We, of course, were not going to pay for new stairs though. Fortunately, the judge saw through him trying to extort money from us, and ruled in our favor on all accounts. If there is ever an issue, we are very accessible and committed to happy customers. This was a hard lesson for us to realize that some people just want to extort money from you. We hope that potential customers will see this review for the anomaly that it is, and know that we are here for you!"

Guardian Media Systems did an excellent job with this project. They always extremely professional, extremely kind, and did an excellent job. They also repaired some problems caused by previous contractors and did an excellent job. There were no unanticipated problems and difficulties with the job. I would recommend them without reservations.

Update 08/06/18 after the install I have called out to them a couple of times and they always respond back to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Indianapolis, IN. We have had a security alarm system for 20 years at my business, but never cameras. I contacted GMS to install security cameras on our exterior for many reasons. GMS was very quickly out to our property to discuss our needs, hear our concerns, make recommendations and then give a very reasonable estimate. We then signed the contract and put down a deposit, and within a week or two had out security camera system installed and running. The tech walked us through the use of the system on the primary monitor as well as the smart phone app. We were able to change the actual camera angles to optimize the views of our property that worked best for us. The system is VERY EASY to use and to review footage that has been stored. Picture quality is excellent night or day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Do not hesitate to have GMS come to your home or business for a security evaluation and estimate. The tech and installers were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

I was looking at updating our antiquated business security system when I contacted GMS. They were a blessing to do business with. They were very informative about the new updated technology and equipment, with plenty of choices to fit our budget. After several lengthy discussions about placement, number and type { indoor, outdoor,sound,ect} of cameras and type of monitoring systems we arrived at a high quality system at a very reasonable price! They went above and beyond with their service through the whole process from choosing the right system, through the installation, to the point of setting up and explaining the monitoring! They had the patience and understanding to answer any questions I had about the new technology! If you want great service at a very reasonable price GWS is the one to choose! I am counting my blessings to have come across such an honest and trustworthy company! Thank you again GMS!

The guys at GMS are great. They did an awesome job installing my home entertainment system in my basement (projector, screen, surround sound speakers). They did such a great job that I now have them monitoring my home security system. The customer service has been better than I could have asked for. They are very professional and respectful of you and your home. I would highly recommend GMS with no reservations at all.

Guardian Media offered a reasonable price for mounting my TV above my fireplace and hiding all of the wires in the walls. I really liked that they gave me a definite price for the job, and not an "estimate" like many other companies. The technicians were extremely polite and professional, and I would definitely call them again for my A/V needs.

Chris is a very nice, personable and professional businessman. He made sure I knew how to work the equipment and never seemed tiresome of my questions. He installed my cameras exactly the way I wanted them, and did not even take a lunch! All communication with Chris was answered promptly. Good job!
