Lenard was very professional and thorough. I had discovered a scorpion the night before and he came out immediately the next day. I gave 4 stars because the cost was higher than I'm used to paying but I've also never had scorpion treatment so that may be a standard cost. He was the cheapest out of all the companies I called and he explains everything before and during.

We had 3 young adult raccoons under our house. Our Guardian rep was informative, helpful and professional. The unwanted guests were vacated expeditiously and without incident. I would recommend Guardian Pest Elimination and will use them again if the need arises.

Leonard was wonderful! He came and was very thorough. 3 days later we are pest free! We used another comnpany in Tyler and they sprayed in 15 minutes left and the pests got worse. They came again same thing. And charged me what I paid the 1st time. Guardian is a lifesaver! They were much more inexpensive and worked!

He called within 1 minute of submitting an estimate request and came that same day to evaluate our "bee" situation. He came back at 6AM the next morning to treat the problem when it was safest, due to the bees. I would definitely use him agian and again!!!
