The professionals from Guardian Plumbing were great. They were able to come to my house and get the work done and would recommend to family and friends.

This is my first home and thought this problem needed to be repaired right away so I didn't bother to get any other estimates which is my fault , but after the job was done and I talked to other plumbers I believe that the job was over priced , that said they did a great job !!! Came when they said & finished the job the same day , very clean , next time I will get a few estimates before I decide who to hire

He and Travis completed the job, rebuilding two toilets and installing a new shutoff valve, and I am very pleased with their service. Would definitely hire them again. thanks!

joel brown-realy knows this stuff-i planned to replace these parts this spring-would've been much cheaper when not emergency repair-again i will use guardian from now on, but only w/ joel on the job!!

Guardian was excellent. The project was quoted and finished within 2 days of initial contact. They did an excellent job with the work and finished the job very quickly. In fact, another plumber had quoted me a full day for the work and Guardian finished the same work in 2 hours.

My hot water heater went out on New Year's Day. I called Guardian and spoke with Joel. A service call on the holiday was 3 times more than on a normal day; Joel brought this to my attention and asked if I would rather him come first thing the next morning so the service call wasn't as expensive. To me, that alone made me want to hire him. He didn't take advantage just to get a higher fee. Luckily the issue was something he could fix without ordering parts. He was very professional and prompt. He explained what he did to fix the problem. Will definitely call Guardian for future issues.

Very prompt service and very professional. Joel was very easy to talk to and the work that he did was great. I didn't have a major problem that needed attention just that day; however, he came out the same day I used Home Advisor and did the work that day. At first I was surprised by the price of the job; however he did offer the coupon from Home Advisor. But it was well worth the money because he was very prompt and did a great job. And also the fact that he came out the same day is almost unheard of with this line of work. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be using him again.

This was the first time I have used Guardian Plumbing and will use them in the future. Quick response and repair was done. Felt the price was a little high but excellent work. Joel was easy to work with.

Had a really bad clog and they gave me an estimate to snake it. Simple job. It ended up taking a grand total of about 4.5 hours because the run-off was never connected to the drain when the tub was installed and it disconnected during the process falling out of reach. The tub was installed as an extension to the house without an access panel so it was virtually impossible to reconnect. After all was said and done, they only charged me the original estimate and nothing at all for the labor involved in dealing with an extremely poorly designed and installed bathtub. I can't recommend Guardian Plumbing enough.

They were very professional and very timely.

Project involved a direct replacement of an existong system. No piping or electrical changes were required. Disconnect water and electric connections, unscrew existing unit, put up the new one, reconnect electric and water. Charged for 2 hours @ $200 per hour!!!! Unfortunately we were preparing to take a trip and did not have an immediate alternative. Charge was abusive.

was on time, fixed it fast and came back fast for a slight setback. Joel has my recommendation anytime.

I am very satisfied with the quick, professional response provided by Guardian. The plumbing problem was assessed and fixed in two hours, and I was relieved to have a problem resolved that I could not fix myself. I believe Guardian may be slightly more expensive than its competitors but provides a good, professional service. Well worth the money spent.
