The work was completed12/17/10. I sent payment shortly thereafter. To date I have not received the post air sample results, copy of guarantee or any acknowledgment from from Guardian. I called Candy Harris and have no return call from her. I know it is the holidays but I still deserve some contact from calls and payment. I am going to attempt to contact them today. I am trying to refinance my home and this lack of communication is slowing the process beyond the deadline set by State Farm. I receive daily communication from State Farm and am upset I'm getting nothing from the people who did the work. I have questions that go unanswered

The work was done on time and professionally. The contractors went well beyond the four corners of the contract to make sure I was happy. While only time will tell if the company's claims of lifetime remediation will avail, I can say simply that I am very satisfied with the work that was done and believe it was well worth the price.

Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy. I felt really good about letting this company take care of my needs. They could have totally scammed me...but didn't.....I really thought I had a BIG mold problem. After their tests, it turns out that I didn't and they were almost as happy as I was to hear that! Recommend that you go here first. You won't need to look elsewhere!

The team was prompt in both arriving at the work site and performing the remediation. They were very helpful in explaining what was to be done and what needed to be done. I would use them for future mold remediation on any of my other properties.
