I hire Milwaukee pro painting for the masonary concrete and for the aluminum siding they did a horrible job putting cement on walls never scrapped the holes on walls just put cement and very bulk they didn?t even used silicone or caulking like insurance wanted on the aluminum siding was suppose to put the long siding across they cut half and looks horrible they are loose and windows are not finished he never came back to fix the corner siding was suppose to be a long corner and he cuts it in three pieces looks horrible than the paint it?s not the same color of my siding . So I had to spend more mo to get proper paint that the same color I would never hire them I?m going to call buiseness and better beau and get my money back . 262 402-3427 thank you
We are not Milwaukee Pro Painting and do not offer those services. We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with a contractor. It looks like you are attempting to review and post comments related to a different contractor or company.
Guardian was contracted to frame a new window, install new siding, new gutters, and a vent on my roof. Throughout the whole process the team was knowledgeable and helpful when discussing possible replacement options. Bobby and Austin handled the installations and they did an exceptional job. They were both knowledgeable and respectful and took extra time to ensure that everything looked perfect. I'm a satisfied customer and I would recommend working with them.
Thank you. We all appreciate the opportunity to help you with your home improvements.
Great job on my siding
I called this company with a piece of siding that came off our garage and they were incredibly helpful. They came over and helped right away and I really appreciate everything they did. The two gentleman that came over were quick, efficient and did excellent work. This is a company that will go above and beyond for the customer.
it's hard to find a company willing to do a home up keep project. the work was done in a timely fashion. all personnel were professional in demeanor and friendly. quality of materials are top notch.
I was impressed by the crew they sent to complete the project. They demonstrated exceptional work ethic and theyâ re experience. Installation was completed with a minimum need for supervision. Each worker knew their job and worked steadily to finish the work professionally. They also did a thorough cleanup of the site.
I think they are very good and they offer good support.
Guardian is a company that advertises itself being a better construction experience with 100% customer satisfaction. In my experience, this means lies from their salesman and underwhelming results, with customer satisfaction taking a back seat to the bottom-line of the company. Andrew their salesman lied through his teeth to get the sale. Once the down payment was made, he disappeared, refusing to answer basic questions. Their office staff could not get me an estimated start date within a month of when they actually did start, giving contradictory dates 3 times in a single day. I spent more time managing the project than their PM Kevin. I had to insist over a half-dozen times that the product was being installed incorrectly only to be ignored. Escalations to Joe the manager were fruitless, showing a true lack of customer focus and only offering solutions that would not hurt their bottom line. After supplying their contractors with the wrong sized nails, they blamed their contractors for installing the product incorrectly. In the end, most of the siding had to come off and go back up. I am certain much of it is still wrong but the constant lies and lack of throughput over the 5 weeks it took them to complete a simple siding project was nothing short of overwhelming. I am still picking up nails and cigarette butts, and trying to save my trampled perennials and regrow multiple swaths of grass they killed.
Mr. and Mrs. F[Consumer name withheld at their request], We sincerely apologize for anything any of us have done that may have made you feel this way. Please give us a call to discuss anything that was not completed to your satisfaction. We are confused as to the substance of these accusations since the last contact we have had with you was at the Final walk thru meeting upon completion of your project when together, we completed the Zero Defects checklist with you and you signed off to the acknowledgement that you were satisfied with the touch ups and final job check punch list at which time you gave us the final payment. The intention of the Zero Defects Final Completion step process is to ensure that both you and Guardian can close out the project as 100% completed and eliminate any potential dissatisfaction or miscommunications. The Zero Defects document confirms a walk-around of the entire house was done, and wall by wall each item of the installation was reviewed with yourself, Jim and Emily, Guardian Management, the project supervisor, and the project foreman. A punch-list of items was developed and agreed to as far as what needed to be done and was completed at no additional cost. Additionally, you were given free gutter and fascia replacement, that were never noted or part of the original contract. We also agreed to change out your electrical light block flashing to a different style of light block, and adjust some of the light blocks to accommodate your electrician?s unusual requests. The agreed to repairs and additional free items were completed by Guardian the following week. Please help us understand if something through this Quality Control process was missed or misunderstood. The Purpose of this process is to give you the control and peace of mind that the project is 100% complete and Not complete until you the customer have the opportunity to do a final walk-thru with a supervisor or manager and both confirm and sign-off on that all items of the project contract met or exceeded your expectations. Our only explanation for your new found dissatisfaction relates to the repeated threats you had made that if some more of the additional items, that were not part of the original contract were not done at no cost to you, that you would post bad reviews. We hope this is not the case and welcome the opportunity to understand what is now different or has changed from the Zero Defects Quality Control process paperwork you signed. We appreciate the opportunity to come back again and revisit any items that for whatever reasons you now feel need to be revisited regardless of the Zero Defects paperwork you signed. If there really are any outstanding issues, we are certainly willing to meet, discuss, and take care of whatever these supposed issues are so we can both confirm your project is complete and meets or exceeds your expectation. Please contact us as soon as possible.
