Excellent technician - able to troubleshoot 3 issues in very expert way. Also used the f2f opportunity to teach me something new about the duress feature (that I hope I never need, but very glad to know!) and some other practical tips. She is a great representative for your company.

Extremely disappointed in the predatory business practices of Guardian Protection.
I have been a loyal customer with this company for over 20 years. When I finally called to cancel my service, I was informed that I would be charged an early cancellation fee of nearly $2,000.
It is shocking that a company would treat a twenty-year customer this way. Despite decades of on-time payments and loyalty, they are hiding behind aggressive contract renewal clauses to trap long-term users into massive payouts.
Prospective customers beware: Read the fine print carefully. They do not value loyalty; they only value the contract. I strongly recommend looking into DIY options or companies with no-contract flexibility instead. I will be sharing this experience on every platform possible to ensure others don't fall into the same trap.

That was the best guy you ever sent to all of my locations. I think he was even at my mountain auto body shop. He took his time to make sure everything worked right before he left. You have a very good worker. I was very impressed and that’s a lot to impress me. And I’ve had Guardian for over 30 years or maybe like 27 years but the man you just sent that to my house was the best man that I ever had come to the house to work on it. We have 1227 Bay Ave. that’s where he was at just now 43 Eagle Eagle rock in Roseland. And 16 Bloomfield Ave. in verona everything in New Jersey Thank you so much for sending him. I had to wait two weeks for him, but I guess you sent the best last since my mom passed away. We went to two other guys to get the house alarm system is working right thank you very much once again for sending that guy

I would highly recommend against using the company. Every step of the way was difficult and unprofessional. The contract, sales people, and communication was lacking and/or predatory. Mistakes were made on our new construction and they refused to fix them. If I had a choice to do it again, I would run. Read the other reviews - it mirrors my experience.

Guardian is very efficient when it comes to processing credit card payments and finding additional items to charge for. Unfortunately, their customer support after the sale has been a completely different experience.
The same salesperson who strongly recommended the “speaker system” as a must-have upgrade costing hundreds of dollars was unable to help us once it was installed. He couldn’t explain how to use the system or answer basic questions about its operation. So I called customer service line but they didn't know they even installed speakers. When I asked for guidance, the original salesman told me I would understand more once the foundation and trim of my house were built— the only problem was we had already been living in our brand-new home for over a month.
The only assistance we received was a photo of our ceiling pointing out where the two speakers were located, as if we couldn’t already see them ourselves.

I would not recommend them. Their contractors never showed up and they don't even have their own installers. They hire other contractors to do their work.

They nickel and dime you. I get charged for every little thing, including when they miss an appointment. I am counting down the days until my contract is up.
