We have had Guardian since we first purchased this home in 2019. I have to say that it is a service that I never question if in an emergency. Their callback time when you have an alarm is extremely fast. I burnt our dinner sad to say as our oven continues to give us issues but Guardian saved the day with a free pizza sent to our door. Not only are they on top of the monitoring but they also came through with dinner when ours was burnt. Thank you Guardian for always protecting our home. 🙏❤️✨

I would not recommend them. Their contractors never showed up and they don't even have their own installers. They hire other contractors to do their work.

They nickel and dime you. I get charged for every little thing, including when they miss an appointment. I am counting down the days until my contract is up.
