Company is genuinely awful, they use bottom shelf equipment then blame it on your internet. My doorbell camera takes 50 attempts to load if it loads at all. Meanwhile the owlet camera thats 2x the distance from my router loads in seconds. Then they want to charge me $1200 to cancel even though their garbage equipment does not work. Edit: Finally Canceled today, did the math beforehand, I should have owed $805. $35/month at 23 months remaining on my contract. The operator tells me it would be over $1100, When I told him no that does not make sense, I paid through November already I have 23 months left at $35 a month, he of course puts me on hold. He comes back and says they'll settle on just over $500, FANTASTIC. But the paperwork he is going to email me will say $1100, But I only need to pay $500, but don't worry this is a recorded line (ALWAYS WORRY). I obviously say no way, they've been screwing me for 3 years why would I trust you now. He comes back 5 minutes later and says he's sent me an email from guardian stating they'll settle for the $500 and change. 3 years and over $2000 later, I ordered a ring doorbell. Re:Edit- Got my bill today, $589. I have an email that clearly says $566. Usually I would not care but these people have screwed me over so much I'm not paying them an extra $23. I call, the woman tells me the total is $589 and that is final. I ask what I should do with the email stating its going to be $566. She says "well that is not correct the bill is $589." she talks to her supervisor, comes back. ITS STILL $589. ?????????? Finally I say I'll send you the email, she comes back, "Fine we'll take $566, I'm not even sure why Tim sent you that he wouldn't have a total" Not my problem lady. She then tries to force me to pay over the phone. Not a chance, I'll pay on my computer so I can record the process and totals. Horrible, awful, scummy company.

Purchased a home that had a guardian system, was advised that although it was an older system, it was functional and signed a contract based on that. System has never worked and after months of techs coming out, still doesn’t work. Guardian continues to send a bill for monthly monitoring although no monitoring is provided.

Unsafe installation and zero accountability. This company improperly tapped into my AC wiring, which not only created a serious safety concern but also caused my AC system to stop working entirely. on top of that. didn't even insulated or box the wire taps. ironically a fire hazard from a fire alarm company. After multiple calls trying to resolve the issue, the only response I got was a service visit from someone who didn’t even inspect the area where the wiring was done. went to the panel, said we dont touch that and left. The problem remains unresolved, and support has been nonexistent. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value safety, proper workmanship, and responsive customer service. I used this company since 2021, when I moved and bought a new home in 2023 I called them for service. I called them back to add some cameras which I purchased from them. I didn't realize they added 4yrs to my contract of 1yr when I PURCHASED cameras from them. I just lost my husband I'm a single mother, caring for my son. I'm also caring for my elderly mother and I'm not working. **I called explained my situation since I've been a loyal client for 5yrs! They won't let me out of a contract they decided to add more time, cause I spent more money buy more equipment from them! DON"T USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT VALUE CUSTOMERS!

I would not recommend them. Their contractors never showed up and they don't even have their own installers. They hire other contractors to do their work.

They do a good job and I am happy to recommend them.

They do a good job, notify us with any issues, and they ask if there is anything they can improve upon with us.

They nickel and dime you. I get charged for every little thing, including when they miss an appointment. I am counting down the days until my contract is up.
