Customer service is not really helpful, have a door bell that hasn't been working for more than 2 yeas, called a couple times, they try to help but if you are not tech savy, you will have a bad experience. Been paying 4 years and no one has contacted to see if I still need help fix any issue I have.
Try calling to cancell the service but if course there is a life time contract, it seems. It really (5year contract), that I was not aware, most likely was if those micro letter that no one reads.

I’ve had the service 3 years now and need to cancel. I do not feel safe with this system. Half the time I do not get alerted when someone is at my door. The person on the phone told me it would cost $1000 to cancel. This is very non American. Be aware. . To edit this. No one has reached out to me. I called the number and no one knows the person below ; they said they are a marketing company. Be very aware of this company.

We had Vaughn install our system and he did an Amazing job! He is very experienced, massive knowledge about alarm systems, very personable, communication was excellent, he was normal, not plastic like some people are. He was respectful, courteous and had an awesome personality! He is welcome at our home anytime! Picture of Vaughn attached!
We also had a fantastic female and very nice lady, Lacey from Guardian I believe the Pittsburgh, PA Corporate Office contact us after our move to remind us to get our Guardian System installed. She was always so professional and kind on her reminder messages. It was great she kept reminding us because a major move is a big event! We finally called her to set up the install department to contact us & now we have our system in and was installed by Vaughn as above stated and Love it!
We also spoke with Lacey's Supervisor, Erin about how pleased we were with Vaughn & Lacey. He was very nice to speak to and we were able to go into detail about all the great attributes possessed by Vaughn & Lacey! Erin was going to notify Vaughn's supervisor and convey all the wonderful qualities and excellent knowledge Vaughn displayed!
We have had Guardian Protection for over 38 years and have always been thankful we chose them from the very beginning!

DON"T USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT VALUE CUSTOMERS!
I used this company since 2021, when I moved and bought a new home in 2023 I called them for service. I called them back to add some cameras which I purchased from them. I didn't realize they added 4yrs to my contract of 1yr when I PURCHASED cameras from them. I just lost my husband I'm a single mother, caring for my son. I'm also caring for my elderly mother and I'm not working.
**I called explained my situation since I've been a loyal client for 5yrs! They won't let me out of a contract they decided to add more time, cause I spent more money buy more equipment from them!

I would not recommend them. Their contractors never showed up and they don't even have their own installers. They hire other contractors to do their work.

They nickel and dime you. I get charged for every little thing, including when they miss an appointment. I am counting down the days until my contract is up.
