Guardian really went to bat for me after a recent hail storm in my area. All my other neighbors were getting insurance claims approved while mine was being denied by the "your in good hands" company - TWICE! Guardian assured me they were very experienced with big insurance companies and getting me a new roof was a must - even if they had to get their own legal team involved at their expense! I cannot say enough about these guys! Their in the field salesman, Allen, went on the roof himself and pointed out obvious damage to three different insurance claims teams - finally securing me a new roof with the third and final inspection team. These guys do what they say they will do, aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and really hold your hand and walk you through the entire process from start to finish. I am so thrilled with Guardian and have been singing their praises to everyone who will listen to me. I'm in the Houston area, but my original call ended up being routed to Austin where I felt like their most important customer. This company will exceed your expectations in all ways and I promise you won't be disappointed! Price was extremely affordable - and I'm a single mom! Not to mention the entire job with an extra steep roof was done in one day! Tear off and put back on...no messing around with these guys and they did it during the week as to not disrupt my weekend.
