They are currently working to remove the groundhog from my yard and will eliminate them after. This is what I wanted and am sure they will perform successfully.

They just keep messing with me and at this point it's just getting ridiculous. They came out and then I approved the estimate. It said they'd be in touch. They never were and then I get a text that says they'll be there within 10 minutes. I can't make it since I had no advance notice. The next day it says they'll be there at 11. No one shows and I call and he says he has no record of me having an appointment and that maybe it was another company--except it's not because it's all from the same phone #. Then after telling him I would look elsewhere because they were supposed to be there and weren't, about 10 minutes later a guy shows up and just starts working--doesn't even let me know he's there. I only knew he was because I could hear him and went outside to investigate. All he did was hook things up outside so he didn't even really need me to be there. then he said they'd probably be back on Saturday. nothing saturday then it says Tuesday, ok that works. Then, now it's changed to Wednesday and no time. So I guess they just show up whenever the hell they feel like it. I'm sick of them messing around with me.

His roof inspection yielded excellent gratis info that one of the chimney caps had been gnawed at and pushed askew by a furry friend. Now that’s what you hope to get from any service provider: insight into potential entry by small animals before it happens. All this and immediate action for $329.

Austin was prompt, thorough, polite, and informative. When we still heard activity in the attic past when he thought the critters would be gone, he inspected, installed another trap door, and then returned a couple of days later to close it all off.
