They are currently working to remove the groundhog from my yard and will eliminate them after. This is what I wanted and am sure they will perform successfully.

They just keep messing with me and at this point it's just getting ridiculous. They came out and then I approved the estimate. It said they'd be in touch. They never were and then I get a text that says they'll be there within 10 minutes. I can't make it since I had no advance notice. The next day it says they'll be there at 11. No one shows and I call and he says he has no record of me having an appointment and that maybe it was another company--except it's not because it's all from the same phone #. Then after telling him I would look elsewhere because they were supposed to be there and weren't, about 10 minutes later a guy shows up and just starts working--doesn't even let me know he's there. I only knew he was because I could hear him and went outside to investigate. All he did was hook things up outside so he didn't even really need me to be there. then he said they'd probably be back on Saturday. nothing saturday then it says Tuesday, ok that works. Then, now it's changed to Wednesday and no time. So I guess they just show up whenever the hell they feel like it. I'm sick of them messing around with me.

The outcome was affordable and he provided levels of treatment so that one could address the most pressing and/or more long term solutions to the raccoon nuisance. His roof inspection yielded excellent gratis info that one of the chimney caps had been gnawed at and pushed askew by a furry friend. Now that’s what you hope to get from any service provider: insight into potential entry by small animals before it happens. All this and immediate action for $329.

Extraordinary immediate service, without needing guidance or oversight. Austin was here same day I signed contract to prepare the roof attic exit only door. He checked the exit-only door each day for three days after installing it. He then repaired the roofing to eliminate possibility of re-entrance. Photos of it all, each step, were provided. I told him I wished every business worked with such immediacy, professionalism, and reliability. I will recommend to family and friends. Fair price, honest intelligent person, lifetime warranty.

They were great! Called me within minutes of submitting the quote request. Someone came out the next day to give us a quote. The quote included photos and options for fixing with clear cost listed out. They were able to come out that afternoon for the fix. It was a very smooth process

Guardian was very fast and reasonably priced. Other comapnies were giving me 2+ week wait times and Guardian was able to get it done in 3 days. However they did leave some mess inside my house where they accessed the attic, and also left the corpse of a dead bird in my yard. at $400 for removal, I would expect them to fully remove the bird.
