Prompt & Communicated well. I like the guy, BUT I didn't like that the contractor used crampons to walk on the shallow-pitched roof without asking. The job could have been done with a ladder. There was damage from the crampons due to roof age and now we have a roof leaks following the service!!

"Sir I did a $600 job in Carmel for $200 and spent 5hrs on a gutter job using cougar paws (roofing shoes). You had 4 full construction bags worth of debris and gutter guards! I discussed the way I was gonna go about it. The roof did not crack on groan under my weight while up on the roof. I tried to explain you need gutter bracket for the garage but you wanted to walk away. How you can be upset with me is beyond me. Maybe don?t wait 10 years for a gutter clean? Had plants growing out of gutters."

Josh arrived right on time and cleaned our windows inside and out and washed the screens. We also hired him to clean our gutters. He was very thorough and spent over 4 hours meticulously completing his tasks. We only wish he did more than windows and gutters because we'd hire him in a heartbeat.
