We had a roof leak several years ago which resulted in standing water on my dining room table for several hours. I had put off the repair until September of this year. They arrived promptly after I called, gave me a window of time it would take to refinish the table. They also looked at a Japanese Hibachi table that need to be refinished. They explained it would take about three weeks which was fine since my only deadline was Thanksgiving! Both tables were derived in the timeline specified and I am very pleased with the outcome. They did a very professional job. They refinished my bedroom dresser top due to an oil diffuser spill that sat all night long on top of it. It completely ate off the stain down to the bare wood. Be very careful of those diffusers. Even turning over the sticks, the oil can make spots on your wood. Guardsman came out and picked up the dresser and delivered it back within a weeks time. They were very professional and very careful not to damage anything else in the house. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

This "professional" does not return phone calls when inquiries were made as to why he wasn't meeting his promised deadline.

The courteous way in which everyone on the team behaved was marvelous. They are totally responsive. They listen, and they performed the most outstanding job I have ever seen. I couldn't have wished for anything more in my wildest dreams. My furniture looks better than brand new!! This is an exceptional exceptional company. In addition, they were absolutely bottom line reasonable.

The work in repairing wood chairs was excellent. However, it took multiple calls to get any feedback or returned calls as to the repair status

They do work that nobody else in my area does. They repair springs on reclining sofas from a manufacturer that has gone out of business.

Unfortunately calls were not returned, the work took longer than promised. Nice people, but they do not know how to run a business.

Not always easy to contact and did not respond to my message left. Overall quality of the work was wonderful.

Project was late in being delivered but otherwise I was quite satisfied.
