I’ve been using this cleaning service for 1.5 years, and they’re generally good, especially considering their price. However, the quality can vary depending on which team members come, as they rotate frequently. Recently, there were a few issues that left me disappointed, and it’s not the first time something like this has happened. There was a scheduling mix-up, and they came a week earlier than planned. Since I didn’t need the service and the house was already clean, I agreed to pay anyway to avoid complications. However, the quality this time was rushed, likely due to needing to get to the other client who mixed up the schedule. When I asked if they could make it up to me on the next visit, I was met with resistance and no apology. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, it felt like they just wanted to take the money and move on. The customer service has been frustrating and unresponsive, which really takes away from the otherwise good service they offer.

Ana's people are amazing at doing a fantastic job every time. Highly recommend them to all.

Great cleaners, flexible and responsive

Guayllas Cleaning, has been cleaning my Airbnb rental for almost a year and they are the absolute best! Super professional, accommodating and leave my house deep cleaned every time (not just surface cleaned). I always get great reviews about how clean my house is from the guest who check in. I would recommend this company to everyone!
