They got right to work and, finished so fast I couldn't believe it. She was very polite and clearly explained the services, and booked and later expedited my appointment to the same day. How great is that! When Ace arrived, he was very patient and friendly and walked me through what needed to be done. He completed the tasks, leaving everything clean and neat, within a couple hours. I called two businesses for work to be done and they did not get back to me. So the next day I called Grubruds and within 5 minutes I had an appointment for the following morning. Robert came and efficiently took care of our problem. We will definitely call them when we are ready to have more work done

Labor rate is nuts. I payed 520$ for a 130$ part to be installed thats took less than 30 mins.

The electrition, Marcus called to inform me he was on his way, without me asking he put on shoe covers, he was fast and thorough and worked with me to get the best price for what I needed done. I also appreciated that the company sent me a text before his arrival with his picture telling me his qualifications so I would know who and what to expect. I would definitely use this company again for any electrical needs I really appreciated their excellent customer service

Benny, the technician initially made a visit to help me figure out how best to install a new plugâ ¦ The front office staff was very helpful in scheduling the plug addition which I needed ASAPâ ¦ Benny was back in 2 days to complete the installationâ ¦. Iâ m very happy with the installationâ ¦.

I had to replace my entire electric panel. Gubrud's was able to get the parts, permits and arrange for SMUD to shut off/restore electricity to get the work done the next day! Jeff (electrician doing the work) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. 5+ stars!

Agreed installation design was not followed, and work was not done to a high standard. As a result, my yard was left with a disrupted walkway, leaking underground sprinkler pipes, and leftover materials that were not cleaned up. I attempted to reach the technician for follow up and my calls were never returned. Would not rehire or recommend.

On time, offered options for repair, great service, kept house clean!! Very impressed!
