I appreciate that he was prompt and communicated what he was doing. His work was neat and complete. I might like him to do additional work in the future.

Mr Ramirez stripped, sanded, and finished our bamboo floors in the master bedroom as well as dinning room, living room, and kitchen. He will begin to also redo the stairs, so we are obviously satisfied. He also agreed to paint the master bedroom, then the baseboards as well as the kitchen ceiling. All of this has been as timely as it was possible, and costly for us, but possibly more affordable than others. We treated him respectfully and he likewise. We are grateful.
