I hired Mr. Guerra to do 5 minor house project such as installing curtain rods, aligning sliding doors, etc. He completed two projects out of 5 and he said he will return the following day around 11 am since he did not have some items to complete the work. The following day around 11 am I texted as what time he'll be coming in. He said he's really busy and would like to come in the afternoon. I said Ok. Around 3 pm I texted Mr. Guerra as what he's planning to come by. He said his daughter is now in the hospital. He said he'll be in between 4:30 and 5pm. Around 5:10 pm he did not show up to finish the work. At this point I want my money back which I paid 5 projects for $150.00 in advance, only two were completed. He should have said early in the morning that he had an emergency and will send someone to finish. I want my money back.

I hired Mr Guerra after another person has messed up my deck. Mr Guerra not only fixed the previous mistake but also filled the cracks and splits in the post and what ever else need to be fixed. He stained the whole deck. My deck looks as if it's brand new.
