At first he was very friendly and willing to handle issues. Now he won't take calls from my phone but will from other numbers. Refuses to come out and look at any of the work and no warranty on his paperwork.

Carlos did a very good job on all the projects I had for him to do. He gave me a good quote for the jobs and completed them when he said he would. I would recommend him to my friends.

He called within the hour after submitting my info. Came by the same day and gave me a quote. Showed up the next day to do the work. The only thing I didn't like is the old door wasn't taken away (but that was not discussed, my fault). The discount he gave me he took it back because he replaced the second hose without asking me.

Carlos did a fantastic job.

He showed up several hours late for the appointment (he did call and reschedule at the last minute). He did not finish the job on the first day. He came back the next day, 30 minutes late, and proceeded to drill large holes in my walls including my home exterior attempting to do electrical work which he never completed. After he left, I had to do extensive exterior and interior plaster repairs of the holes he drilled. He was here a total of seven hours and did nothing but leave holes in the walls of my historic home. He left me in tears. He did not charge me for the work but left my home damaged. He is a nice man but he promised something he could not do. Rather than telling me I needed someone with more knowledge, he tried to learn what to do, using my home and my time.

He went ahead and power washed my patio and other cleaning work I needed done.

He was quite good and fast and the price was right. Excellent.

I called Carlos and he called back right away, he came at the appointed time and was vety cordial and respectful. We hired him and bee were very pleased with his work, they were at the site early morning and cleaned up after themselves, his work was quality work and finished timely. They painted a bedroom, changed a toilet, did some exterior stucco work and painted and it looked wonderful. I will hire Carlos do put in a sliding door, hard wood flooring and crown molding. I would highly recommend him. I am a property manager and I work with contractors and handymen regularly and Carlos is one handyman/contractor I would hire again and again.

carlos, and his crew are doing a very fine job. they have tackeled a lot of differert projects at my home, and their workmanship has been much to my very high standards. I have worked in construction for over fourty years.

Carlos himself is very responsive and his service abilities cover many areas. The first job was to remove and replace grout in my house. His next job is to repair wooden gates, fences and garden benches and I will hire him to do yard maintenance. He's very easy to work with.

Carlos and his team did a great job on our patio room and backyard project! They took great pride in their work and gave a very fair price. We highly recommend them for construction or landscaping work. Happy we found Guerra Handyman on Home Advisor and will use them again.

I was pleased that he was able to fix my lamp. I have had it for many years and was disturbed that it was not working right. If I was younger I probably could have fixed it my self. But Carlos did a good job with it. Elaine C.

Good quality work, however a little pricey

mr. guerra was almost on time :)very nice man work done quickly and good workmanship. i would hire him again. i did think the price was kinda high.
