He is young and seems ambitious and he knows what he is doing but, I cannot rate the quality as the work was not performed, he is not communicative, hard to reach. For someone trying to stablish a business that is not good. Asking money upfront for materials should not be part of the deal, a written contract should be done first. His policy is 4-6 weeks for any refund. I would be wary to use anybody like that moving forward.

Very young crew who have a lot to learn I think. Hard working and eager. Did a nice job on my mulch. Need to work without powered tools in places like edging. Somethings call for a shovel over power tools to get the right depth and edge. But overall did a good job. We'll see when I have him back in the spring to do some seeding.
