Plumber and team were nice people however after the primary plumber spoke with his manager, they didn't replace the water pipe directly to the water main and instead connected to a portion of the old, rusted pipe which means at some point in time I will have another leak and another cost for repairs. Said one thing but did another. Will not use again.

He responded very quickly. He kept me informed about what he found and needed to do to fix it. He even took pictures. I would most definitely use him again.

Jason was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions , pleasant demeanor. He didn't pressure, made me feel comfortable, and provided great service all around!!!

I'm not happy with the service from Rooter. They overpriced for a water heater install, and the job took 3 days to complete . The tech who assisted me with this wasn't the friendliest either.

Tech removed cover from 1000 gal septic tank which was about 3/4 full. Water dept requires pumping every 5 years whether needed or not. Tech immediately said he did not need to pump the tank but repeatedly said I would not like his report to the water dept because the field drain was plugged and needed to be cleaned. Calculated costs on tablet and had me sign several times, but only showed total cost - never an itemized breakdown. Also said he needed to break out the PVC tee and replace. When originally scheduled the call I was told 1000 gal tank would cost $250 but charged $513.50. When I got email with breakdown, I called company and was told that was only the starting price. Since tank was not full, I m not sure why the tech thought the drain field was plugged since the tank was not full and was below PVC drain outlet. Oxidizer chemicals even at inflated prices should not have cost more than a couple of hundred dollars instead o $2016. I was charged $130 for tank overfill, but tank was not full before he pumped it. I should have questioned the lack of breakdown, etc. but was on edge because when I moved here 5 years ago I got a $500 fine on the water bill because it required cleaning every 5 years - which the owner and real estate agent did not tell me about. Fortunately I had it pumped about a year after moving in and the charge was removed.

They were very responsive and quick--fast and professional. They provided a quote up front and went over it in detail. They were out here within an hour.

The person arrived promptly, but we were disappointed to find we had to pay 200$ for the diagnosis and it has not been repaired.

My mom needed a leak in her bathroom repaired. She's 84. Fortunately I was at her home when the worker showed up. The toilet needed a 4 dollar piece that could be replaced with no tools. The worker told her 252 dollars. I time him "no way!" he asked "what are you willing to pay?" I said "you started way too high, have a good day" I bought the piece at Lowe's and changed it myself. I'm not a plumber. I'm a musician! I think that asking my mother for 250 bucks for a 3 minute job and a 5 dollar piece is unforgivable

The customer service overall was however the follow through was erratic. Had some issues with contractor not showing up when expected and possible lack of experience however Is spoke with the manager and he was determined to make it right and sent a more experienced pro who did an excellent job. You may need to proactive to get the job done right.

I am currently suing Guice Services Inc. (Rooter ProXpress) in Fulton County Magistrate Court, Case No. 26MS254770 ? this is public record and can be verified. They performed plumbing work that was done incorrectly and have refused to make it right. I reached out directly to their CEO and legal representation with full documentation ? invoices, photographs, video, etc. They are fully aware of the situation and have chosen to be uncooperative. I have also filed complaints with the Georgia Secretary of State (their current corporate status is Active/Noncompliance), and I am pursuing additional complaints through the Georgia Attorney General?s Consumer Protection Division and the Georgia State Licensing Board. I gave them every opportunity to resolve this fairly before taking these steps. Do not use this company. If something goes wrong, they will ignore you and leave you with no choice but to pursue legal ac
