Please do not use this company. I had them in to clean my home for the first time. Need your kitchen countertops clean? That is extra. Mine were gritty. Need the trash cans taken out = also extra. Occasional bed linen changed - extra. I have everything in writing - from what to dust, what surfaces to wash - get in writing. When I asked the owner - she replied - **that was extra** and not in her notes. Did she take notes during our initial inspection for a quote - no. If you are not satisfied with her service - she will accuse you **of trying to cheat her**. I would highly recommend that you consider another service, pictures available, of her service - which was overpriced with what other services provide.

Mike, his partner, and his Mom are wonderful to work with. They have been efficient, thorough, and on time. They take direction kindly and are very hard working. Plus Mike is a pleasure to work with as well. I also like that their billing system which is all electronic - no scribbled little pieces of paper. I believe this is going to be a very long working relationship.

Dottie and her helper did a phenomenal job doing a whole house cleaning of a home we vacated. We wanted to make sur the landlord had no cause to deduct from our security deposit. I’m glad to say the house was spotless and our deposit is to be returned soon.

Super expensive for services. Broke a chair and did not offer to have it fixed. Does not return phone calls. UPDATE 1/30/2020: They were only here 45 minutes.

Dotty seemed very nice. The cleaning was not quite up to my standards, so when a friend offered to do the cleaning, I called Dotty to let her know that I no longer needed her services and I asked for my keys back. She never returned my house keys! She would not return my calls. It cost me over 300.00 dollars to have a locksmith re-key all the locks. Terrible business practices.

"Patricia, we cleaned your home on JAN 7, 2019, you requested a once a month (every 4 week) scheduled cleaning. On your next scheduled cleaning date of FEB 4, 2017, We could not gain access to your residence to do scheduled cleaning because locks were changed. When we were able to reach you, after several attempts, you said you forgot you were on the schedule for that day and you also advised me that you had a new roommate who was gonna be doing the cleaning in lieu of paying rent and at my convenience keys could be left at the front porch, no rush, since locks had been changed already. Which they were left on your front porch, which is where you requested they be left. So why all these months later, with no contact or communication between us in all this time, you would make such a blatant false review is beyond me. I have been in business for over 15 years here in Cape Coral and have several families and clients who will vouch for my integrity and professionalism."
