they showed up on time to bid the very small job i had. after talking to a couple of more companies we decided to give the job to gulf coast. the price was right and they called and asked to do the job earlier than expected which was great. they were in and out quickly and cleanly. very happy with the gutters and installation.

The quote came within 3 days of requesting on line. Out of 5 quotations, GCD came in the lowest. I was hesitant to go with the lowest, however, I couldn't be more pleased. The two installers were friendly and expedient; before I knew it, they were finished! The job looks very professional and adds to the house's visual appeal. I was able to pay with a credit card which helped my cash flow. I wasn't able to complete the whole job, but I am definitely calling GCD back to finish my house. Thank you!

Competive bid and easy to work with. Got the job done in reasonable time. Quality of work was good. Only one part of installation deviated from design, but is acceptable.

Their rep was a joke. Gutters still leak and his repair of my soffit is totally unprofessional.

They arrived on time. Installation of double garage door in Galveston took twice as long as estimated, but the installers were friendly and I believe competent. The lead guy made certain I was aware of how the braces against hurricane-strength winds were to be installed - support brace & clips. Very helpful I have only lowered the garage door once since installation but the door appears to have been installed properly

Estimate was reasonable. However, when the installer arrived, he said that the metal roof needed to be cut back in order to install the gutters. This cost an additional $700.00. I also ended up with an extra downspout, brackets, elbows, and flexible pipe that were supposed to be credited to me. I never received any credit/refund, and I got no response from Gulf Coast Doors over a month later. The gutters look nice and work well, but because of Gulf Coast's failure to note the additional cost when they came out for an estimate and their lack of communication and resolution for a mere $82.00, I can't really recommend them.

Solved the problem. Excellent installation in a timely maner. Good looking. Easy to work with.

The guy was knowledgeable and very patient. Although it was his first time to install a different model, it took him just over an hour to install. Which may be able to do it ourselves for week .

I had high hopes: They called immediately (less than 5 mins) after I submitted my request for a quote online, but I had to call back twice for a reminder to come out. Never heard back & I wasn't about to call a third time... It's great to be enthusiastic, but reliable follow-up would make better business sense!

Did the job very quickly and finished job looks excellent.

I don't really understand what I paid for. The invoice had a service fee and 2 hours of labor. He was here for two hours and appeared to be working hard, but I'm not sure what he did. He said the cable and spring were broken and replaced them?? I saw him carry the cables in and out, but they still look old. It didn't make the garage door work. The bill didn't show the price of the cable, spring. He said the garage door opener and track needed to be replaced. Not knowing enough, I believed him. What disturbs me is that he should have surveyed the problem and given an estimate and seen that the cable replacement wouldn't make it work.

The guys did a fantastic job of repairing the spring that was busted on one of our doors and I had them add another garage door opener on the other door. The guys were very professional, knew there job and performed it well and interacted with me and my wishes as well.

The price quoted was reasonable. The technician arrived early and explained the problem and was finished within an hour. My garage door closes properly now.

Juan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shawn was very polite and prompt. Thanks guys !
