Gulf Coast Home Services & Repair

Gulf Coast Home Services, led by Kelsey, did an outstanding job on the remodel of my home, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Kelsey is a young, energetic general contractor who’s incredibly communicative and truly cares about the work he does. It’s a family business, as Kelsey brought in his dad as his right-hand man—which adds such a personal touch in my opinion. Their team replaced my old cedar siding with Hardie board, installed all new windows and doors, and updated the interior with new flooring, tile work, kitchen cabinets, and more. They’re a one-stop shop that can do it all, and they do it with remarkable care and precision. Every detail was handled thoughtfully, and the results are fantastic. Kelsey’s professionalism and the team’s craftsmanship made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend Gulf Coast Home Services to anyone looking for top-quality work!

Kelsey and Gulf Coast have completed multiple jobs for me over the past few years. Whether big or small, Kelsey has always been professional, thorough and fairly priced. I would recommend him if you are in need of an experienced general contractor.

We have used Kelsey's company on 3 different home projects He and his crew have always done a great job for us! No matter what type of project we had (siding, front door remodel/replacement) they have always done their best. He is dependable and provided top-notch work! We will definitely use them again!

Kelsey did a great job on some rotten siding I needed replaced. He even told me make sure whoever did the job added a piece of flashing to ensure no future water leakage. Highly recommended and will definitely be using him again!!

Kelsey did a fantastic job with several renovations for us. He is incredibly responsive and gives it a personal touch. We wanted to add space for an office and playroom type room and he helped engage in architect and engineers to map out our property and find the ideal addition. We ended up adding a 24 x 16 pool house out back and it has been phenomenal. A year later, Kelsey also helped us remodel our fireplace and it has been great. Would fully recommend.

He arrived right on time, was very polite and professional, and did excellent work—my windows look so much better. He was also very considerate about my dogs and my privacy (even knocked gently), and his evaluation was honest and straightforward. Great work ethic, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend him.

Kelsey and his dad were great! They kept me informed every step of the way with my siding replacement. Coming from the construction industry myself I know how trying it can be working with contractors. Kelsey would stop to show me uncovered issues and was very fair in pricing the change orders. I would highly recommend Gulf Coast for any work! Very professional!!
