They will tell you a finish date and not follow through. I was given two different days hat they would be at my home to treat my pool and they did not come. I finally got an answer from a text I sent them and someone came on the third day. I had to cancel a pool party planned after being told when my pool would be ready because of the company not coming when they had original told me they would. I have been very disappointed and aggravated with this pool service.

Very friendly but they do not keep their word on doing business a 3 day job last for 3 weeks ask for half the money down but did not complete the job if they couldn't do the job should just said so now it's the holiday i have 2 birthday coming up an im without a clean pool. SMH... Piss mom.

This company did not complete the work it was hired to do. My pool water is still not clear and we cannot see the bottom o the pool.
