Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
These guys are great! We've had two roofing issues and used them both times. The estimates were completed soon after my initial phone call. The first time the job was completed within 2 weeks, and this second time, the estimate and job were done on the same day. Jayson is so easy to work with, is always reachable, and is professional and efficient. I highly recommend this business!

hired them for a tile roof repair. they did just a patch job that did not take care of the problem. 6 months after their repair I hired a different roofing contractor that tore out their repair and fixed the roof the way it should have been repaired the 1st time. I threw away $1250 with this company.

"Hi Steve, We first would like to apologize for your dissatisfaction with our services. Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. After looking into your complaint, I was told that we returned to your home in December 2021 to address a new leak area that was found in a different location then the area we repaired back in May of 2021. When we arrived, the area we repaired in May was still secure and no leaks were reported from you after that repair was completed. If our previous repair had failed, that would have been covered under our warranty. Once we found the location of the new leak in December, we provided a new estimate but had not heard back from you. Gulf Coast Roofing appreciates the feedback of our customers, and will always stand behind our services to make sure we deliver 100% customer satisfaction."

My roof was 3-4 years old under warranty. The installer did a mess on repairs and would not call me back. The contact with Gulf Coast Roofing was amazing. Within a day, Clif came out and within the same week the repairs were made properly. I cannot thank them enough for stopping the leaks.

This company was one of the nicest companies I have ever worked with. They were professional, friendly, and to their word from quoting to finishing. The roofing crew was amazing. They were very nice and they cleaned everything up so well, you would not know they were ever here. I went with this company for two reasons--best-quoted price out of 3 quotes and the best rating and reviews on Angies List.

Their response time was amazing. Cliff arrived the following day after I call to check out the roof tile holes/damage to my roof. Next day I had a quote for the job and within 2 days Cliff arrived as scheduled to repair /replace the tiles. He was friendly, knowledgeable and completed the job perfectly. I would certainly call on them again if needed and strongly recommend them for any roof repair or roof replacement work!

Repair wood rot on eaves and fascia. Quick inspection and quote, it took a couple of days for a callback; but then delivered lumber the next day, and the work crew will arrive the following day. Informed me if I painted the wood, it'd be a simple touch-up after they finished the repair. So I got on it, primed and painted. The prior job took longer than expected, crew got a flat tire, heavy rain while on the job, ...yeah, these things happen. But these guys are professional! No complaints, no shortcuts, even took my paint and did the touch-up as they completed each section. That's above and beyond. Job was well done, looked great. They're all right in my book; I'd highly recommend them.

This started as a fairly small repair but kept getting bigger thru no fault of the contractor. Several areas of the decking were totally rotted. They are doing a first rate job on fixing all those areas (at added cost, of course) They also inspected the entire roof making small repairs as needed. I would not hesitate to use them again.
