Scheduling was easy, Joe the technician was on time as scheduled. Joe identified the problem, had the part in his truck, repaired my 48 year old freezer ( purchased 1972), it's working like NEW. Thank you

I would have given them 10 stars if that was an option. My experience with Gulf Coast Service Center was EXCELLENT from beginning to end! Booking the service appointment was easy, Julia was great, courteous and extremely helpful. I can't say enough the tech, Travis was amazing, he took his time and ensured that my appliances were fixed right the first time, he really goes the extra mile for his customers and that's not something you see these days, most companies are worried more about making a quick buck than building a long time relationship with their clients. This is the only company and tech that I will use from now on and will tell everyone that I know to call GCSC (Julia and Travis) if they ever need any work done on their appliances. Thank you Julia and Travis!

Everything in my fridge is frozen so I called them on Friday Feb. 5th and was told they couldn't send anyone until Tue. the 9th. I said OK. He came and couldn't figure what kind of fridge and said he was leaving to research it. I called later to see if he was coming back and I had misunderstood that he wouldn't be back that day. I called Wednesday to see if he was coming back that day and he said he had ordered a part. I waited Thursday and then when I called he said that I needed to call the office to schedule him to come back when the part came in and that he thought it was probably in the office. I don't think it should be up to me to make sure he comes back when the part arrives! I called but didn't get an answer. It was late so I figured I had to call on Friday. It's Friday the 12th and I called this morning and the part isn't there and I was told no one would be available until Tuesday again. I had to pay the $65 fee for the guy to come to my house but I can't wait anymore for them to fix it. $65 for nothing. And I was unimpressed with the guys attitude when he came out here. Thanks for nothing Alex.

Luis was honest up front on my repair. He is a great human being. He's a great family man and he is a real hard worker who does a honest day for honest money. I will call this company again for any problems I ever have again.

Couldnt ask for better person to come out and fix my appliances. Needed it done and it was refreshing to have someone come out when they said they would. He ordered part and got it done in timely manner.

Alan communicated his estimated time of arrival & then arrived within the timeframe he indicated. He took time to explain the results of his evaluation & answered all our questions. He was klnowledgable, couteous and worked quicly. Very good quality work & friendly personality. We will definite use him again when the need arises.
