Fab Shop/Warehouse information: 7,000 SF fabrication shop with overhead crane, floor drains, 3 phase power. 4,000 SF separate secured warehouse with cameras and a new roof to protect inventory. 2 acres of land to provide plenty of room for heavy trucks and lay down space. Covered slab yard to protect granite and quartz slabs from the elements. Centrally located and just a quarter mile from Interstate 45. We have 25+ years of combined experience in granite fabrication and installation. We have coordinated more than 1,000 single family granite installs. Extensive knowledge in all techniques used to treat stone including, sealing, color enhancing and chip repairs.
