Complete Home Inspection
Corey failed to be able to get the electrical box open as he said it was painted shut. Ironically my girlfriend got it off in under 1 minute with no damage. Corey found it hard to believe that this was the case and asked for pictures. So the inspector has now asked me to open the box and send photos - is this not the inspectors job? I think he was embarrassed when I mentioned it was my girlfriend and then he got highly defensive suggesting I was not worried about safety issues rather than trying to address why he had not finished his inspection. Avoid - not worth the hassle.

I am 9 months pregnant, and my boyfriend purchased a home. We got the okay that everything was good for our home from this company they were supposed to do a full inspection. 1 month in we had plumbing problems, 3 months in our roof starts leaking in our bedroom where my newborn baby is supposed to go in his bassinet. We contacted Corey Alex was told we were not getting a refund of our $400.00 dollars and that they are not going to help repair the roof, very unprofessional and I do not recommend this company at all. I am very upset that this happens and I just wanted my roof problem to be resolved. They did not want to help and I am telling you, do not choose this company.
